We asked you what your top priorities are when it comes to buying a new home and a whopping 75% of you stated that affordability is key. The next priority? Natural light. In fact, one third stated that large windows and big, bright open spaces are an absolute necessity when looking for your dream home.
Natural lighting is an important factor in everyday life. It’s even been proven to have a calming and peaceful effect on people’s moods and emotions, hence why so many of you place it in the top two priorities when house hunting.
