Assisted Move means just that – we help you to sell your current home so that you can move into your dream Countryside home in the timeframe you require. House to Home is the middleman between the customer (you), the estate agent, the developer and the buyer, we coordinate and facilitate all activity relating to the sale of your home – we work for you (the customer) but are paid by Countryside and we then pay the agency fees.
Who can use Assisted Move?
Anyone that needs to sell their current property to buy a new Countryside home is eligible. You can only reserve a Countryside home if you are in a position to proceed with the sale immediately. So time really is of the essence when you find ‘The One’!
How does it work?
Step 1. We determine the market value of your property through our own estate agency knowledge and by sourcing valuations from two other local, independent and top performing estate agencies. We collectively agree on the value and timeframes for selling. Our price recommendation is then based on an average 16 days to sell, but that final decision is up to you.
Step 2. Once we are instructed to market your property, we will manage the local estate agent on your behalf. House to Home will negotiate on all offers to achieve the highest price possible, working with your best interest at all times.
Step 3. When a sale has been agreed we liaise with all parties in the chain including solicitors to complete your sale in the appropriate timescales.
Step 4. You can now reserve your Countryside home!
